1.A deposit is required on all orders taken ,which is non-refundable. 2. At least one months notice is required for all wedding cakes,any changes you wish to make to your cake after booking will not be considered if less thantwo weeks notice is made by yourself. 3.Short notice cakes are subject to a small surcharge.These are subject to availability of your chosen date. 4.We will contact you when your cake is ready for viewing/collection. 5.Any balance outstanding on your wedding cake must be received within four weeks of completion date,on all other cakes at the time of viewing/collection. 6.The customer is responsible for any damage occuring to the product supplied after delivery,this includes the incorrect storage of the product,of which you will be advised. 7.You are solely responsible for any losses or claims from third parties in respect of supplying other designs to Wendys Cakes, in the same instance,any designs supplied to you by us will remain the property of Wendys Cakes and maybe reproduced without prior consent.
